A combination lots is a combination of separate lots. If a lot is part of a combination it will state ‘’This lot is part of a combination’, and in the lots overview these lots are labeled with the letter ‘C’. The combination will be available once the underlying separate lots are closed for bidding. The starting bid of the combination is determined by adding up the highest bids placed at the underlying lots multiplied with 5%.
If bids are placed at a combination the highest bidder will be allocated all the underlying lots and not the highest bidders at the individual lots. If there is no bid placed at the combination the underlying lots will be allocated to the respective highest bidders.
Furthermore, it is possible to place a bid at end-combinations. End-combinations consist of separate lots and/or combination lots. The starting bid of the end-combination is determined by adding up the highest bids placed at the underlying lots and/or combination lots multiplied by the percentage applicable in the organizing country. In The Netherlands this percentage is 1%.
